Agility is the ability to change the body's position, efficiently, and requires the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, endurance and stamina.

 

 

   

At Agility Gymnastics Academy our vision is to develop children into strong, healthy individuals and establish important values such as self-discipline and high self-esteem for life.  Gymnastics is one of the few sports that rewards personal effort and at the same time teaches how to contribute to the team and bring home the prize.

Agility Gymnastics is located 374 Crossfield Dr. Versailles, Kentucky.  We share a parking lot with the Animal Clinic and Moore's Meats.  The Gym is located at the far end of the Parking lot.  Come check us out!
